Deposit & Payment Policy

Click the Reserve Button under the pupp’s picture of your choice. Then Click the Start Button on the Deposit page to complete your reservation and pay your deposit. Share your financing choice if you choose to use pet financing. All financing approvals require a deposit unless picking up your puppy the same day.
To reserve your puppy, we must have a completed reservation form, signed purchase agreement, deposit or financing approval, and a copy of your valid photo ID.
We accept non-refundable holding deposits on puppies less than 6 weeks old. The puppy must be paid in full when he/she turns 6 weeks old.
Customer photo identification must match payment method to complete reservation of your puppy.
Final balance has to be paid by cash, Zelle transfer, Apple Pay, request an invoice to use your credit card with valid I.D., or financing with valid I.D.
Other Payment Options: 1) Request an invoice by calling 713-332-9773: (Invoices and financing contracts will cancel after 24 hours of non-payment) or 2) Schedule an appointment on the Appointments Page of this website to pay your cash deposit in-person.
Once you have signed your financing contract and/or purchase agreement, your contract will not be canceled if you change your mind.
In the rare case, if your puppy unfortunately dies before you receive your puppy, you are required to choose a replacement puppy or forfeit your purchase.
By placing a deposit and/or signing a finance contract, you agree to the terms stated on this page.
We Do Not Accept Visa or Mastercard Gift Cards.
We Do Not Accept Checks of any kind.
All sales are final. Sales are defined by a signed purchase agreement or financing contract.

Pay Here Online After Video Call or In-person Visit with the Puppy. Must Email Valid Identification Matching Payment Method

- By paying the deposit, you agree that it is non-refundable, as it represents the completion of the service of reserving your puppy.

- All sales at Amazing Paws are considered final.
